Brinda Rebekah Mailvaganam

Brinda Mailvaganam is a multidisciplinary professional with expertise in engineering, artificial intelligence, and construction. She is a Software Engineer, AI-focused Data Scientist, RBQ-Licensed General Contractor, and Generative AI Instructor, as well as the Founder of 13rinda Inc.

Through 13rinda Inc., Brinda currently leads initiatives in construction and building management, while pursuing a broader mission to integrate artificial intelligence and data-driven engineering into real estate and construction. Her work focuses on the emerging field of Construction Technology (ConTech) — bridging engineering, AI, and infrastructure to create smarter, more efficient, and sustainable building solutions.

Brinda also founded 13lacksheep, a branch of 13rinda Inc. that focuses on acquiring unique real estate properties. She is passionate about bringing transparency to the real estate sector and is highly interested in agentic AI as a means to foster accountability, innovation, and closer integration between real estate and construction.
